7T Designs began with one dog we loved and a simple belief: pet apparel should be designed for the animal wearing it, not treated like a smaller version of human clothing.

Michael learned to sew at his grandmother’s side as a boy. That childhood skill grew into a lifetime in textiles, tailoring, precision repair, garment construction, and eventually leading a full production sewing operation with more than 100 people. Today, that experience is focused on bringing Dede’s designs to life for the four-legged members of our families.

Every Stitch Has a Purpose

Our pet shirts, bandannas, and Sherpa-lined dog jackets are all built around the same idea: comfort, fit, function, and construction matter.

Our shirts are shaped for the way dogs actually move. Our jackets combine exceptionally soft Sherpa lining with adjustable Velcro fit, harness-friendly construction, and warm fleece or seasonal specialty outer fabrics. Our bandannas are made to be comfortable enough for real everyday wear.

We choose fabrics because of how they perform and how they feel. We reinforce where strength matters. We make in small batches so quality never becomes an afterthought.

For decades, Michael’s work demanded precision. That experience did not disappear when 7T Designs began making pet apparel. It became more personal.

Now the customer wearing what we make may have four legs, a wagging tail, and a favorite place on the couch. But the expectation is the same: make it right.
