Dog Jacket Size Exchange

Buying for someone you love should feel easy. If the jacket size is not quite right, 7T Designs makes size exchanges simple.

How the exchange works

1. Make sure the jacket is clean, unworn except for trying on, and in like-new condition.
2. Pack the jacket securely and include your name, contact information, and the size you need.
3. Ship the jacket back to 7T Designs using a trackable shipping method.
4. As soon as we receive and inspect the return, we will send the replacement size.

Shipping

You pay the shipping cost to return the original jacket to us. 7T Designs pays the shipping cost to send the replacement jacket back to you.

What qualifies

Size exchanges are for jackets returned in clean, like-new condition. Because our jackets are handmade in small batches, the same style may not always be available in every size. If the original style is unavailable, we will work with you on the closest available option.

Gift With Confidence

Not sure of the exact size when buying a gift? That should not keep you from choosing something special. Every eligible gift jacket can include exchange instructions so the recipient knows exactly what to do if a different size is needed.
